HeadBox: Who are you and what do you do?
Hannah Tyler: My name’s Hannah and I am a Senior Event Marketing Manager at Content Square.

HeadBox: Tell me about CX Circle

Hannah Tyler: CX Circle is all about gathering digital professionals to come and learn and be inspired by other people in the industry. Whether that's someone who is VP or CEO of a company and is coming to talk, maybe a bit more strategic to someone who is manager-level or the same level as you and they can give you advice on what you're doing right now. Yeah, it's all about inspiration and it's all about networking. People come away having loads of new LinkedIn connections and having an immersive experience.

HeadBox: How has Event Management helped you?

Hannah Tyler: I remember last year when I was like, right, I'm just going to put my hand in my pocket and pay for the Event Management and get the team on and just immediately it makes the biggest difference. I always say to people, HeadbBox is like just an extension of the team. Like, Jack, our Account Manger, and Sheridan who I work with, obviously, pretty much all year round on stuff. It's just like part of the Contentsquare family. It's so nice. Absolutely love them.

HeadBox: How has working with HeadBox improved this event?

Hannah Tyler: When you're working in events, especially, finding the perfect venue is so hard, but the team at HeadBox always smash it. And with HeadBox, the team that I work with, they just care so much. It's not just another event for them to look after or another venue to find. Like, they genuinely care. They understand the vision that we have when we're looking for venues or when we're decorating five breakout rooms and trying to make them all different. And there's a theme, they just care. And there's so many other companies that you could go and work with, but it's just another tick box. Just having that relationship with a supplier that's so important to Contentsquare and our events in the UK. It is just incredible.

HeadBox: What's been your favourite thing about working with HeadBox?

Hannah Tyler: We trust them 100%, they are super reliable, which, when you work in events, you need that type of relationship, because in events you're working with hundreds of different stakeholders, whether that's the audience, partners, speakers, internal people. And things don't always go to plan. So when you have that reliable team, there’ll be a problem and I'll go to them with a problem and it will be fixed. That's probably the most important part of working with a supplier like HeadBox. Literally, this event wouldn't happen without event management at HeadBox. We basically just wouldn't be stood here today without them.
