In 2023 HeadBox headed to Monaco for a one-of-a-kind Sales Kick Off

In 2023 HeadBox designed, project managed & delivered a hybrid, 3 day sales kick off conference for 5 different regions across the globe.

The event was for 150 in-person delegates and included main plenary sessions, breakout role plays, 7 offsite dinners and an awards ceremony.

Taking place in the picturesque Principality of Monaco, we brought 3 days of packed events to the famous cliffs, jetties and winding roads of the world’s second smallest country. 

To make the kick-off as seamless as possible, there was an event-specific app developed. This gave attendees instant access to a range of maps, an agenda and the opportunity to submit to a communal photo wall. Everything you could need to make the most of the event was in the palm of your hand.

Using the iconic Fairmont Monte Carlo as a base, delegates were treated to stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and enough space to comfortably hold a 150-person plenary meeting inside the hotel.

Excursions were also part of the multi-day events with the best local restaurants playing host to numerous offsite dinners. Notable among these was a 140 head dinner at the striking Monaco Yacht Club, a slice of history and paradise on the city's waterfront.
