Howgills House

Situated in stunning countryside you won't believe our venue is just a short drive off J37 of the M6.

Howgills House can be hired for your exclusive use and offers 4 meeting areas, 12 en-suite bedrooms, on-site parking, superfast wifi, commercial kitchen and 2 hot tubs on the terrace. The Sunday Times voted us as one of the top 20 celebration properties in the UK (July 2021).

We can provide catering as we work with a superb local chef or you're more than welcome to cook for yourselves or organise your own caterer. We provide white boards, projector and screen.

If you fancy getting outside, we work with lots of partners who'll deliver activities at (or near to) our House. There are too many to mention them all but a few are; duck herding, cocktail making, axe throwing, archery, mobile escape room, ghyll scrambling.

Our venue breaks the mould from traditional hotel and board rooms and we guarantee that you'll leave feeling inspired.

We will help organise as little or as much of your event as you require. We're there to help if you need us!
