Located at the iconic Shard, the Shangri-La Hotel occupies levels 32 to 54 of this prominent landmark. The perfect venue to host meetings atop Western Europe’s tallest building, this hotel has three signature suites including the Westminster Suite, the London Suite, and the Shangri-La Suite.

The 8-person Tooley Suite at Eight St Thomas Street resides in a stunning Georgian-fronted building close to the Shard. It’s an intimate, comfortable, and contemporary London Bridge meeting room in a palette of white, grey, and a pop of pink.

The Tooley Suite also comes with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits – even if the building wasn’t so lovely a space and in such an ideal location, we would book it just for that. Nothing says ‘meeting’ to us like getting down to business while dunking biscuits in tea.

Meeting Room 2 at Hilton London Tower Bridge, located 2 minutes from (don’t get confused!) London Bridge station is a traditional corporate meeting room and event space. No fuss, no frills, just a good venue in a well-connected location.

It can accommodate 50 people in a theatre layout, 20 in a boardroom layout, and 24 in a classroom layout. Hilton provides all the practicals such as AV equipment, a projector screen, a dedicated coordinator, and a 24/7 business centre.

Despite its name, and with a capacity of 100 standing, and 70 theatre style, this is not the largest meeting/event space at TOG Event Spaces, however, as far as traditional meeting rooms go, this is the biggest, hence the name.
