The beautiful Red Drawing Room was a place where George’s elegant female guests would withdraw to the following dinner in the Banqueting Room. It retains much of its original 1820s striking decorative scheme incorporating the Royal Pavilion’s distinctive dragon wallpaper and palm tree pillars. The room offers a warm and beautiful space for smaller scale events and intimate seated dinners. Not part of the public tour, your guests will get to enjoy a part of the palace not seen by many. Hire the Red Drawing Room alone or with the King William IV Room as a suite of rooms.
