1. An iconic Art Deco lounge: Primo’s

Tribeca, New York

Return to the ‘70s at Primo’s, a Tribeca bar housed in an Art Deco lounge inside the Frederick Hotel. Lounge on the retro velvet seats while you sip on a dirty martini or dance under the disco ball and mid-century lighting with a glass of champagne. There are two bars and a DJ booth, making it a trendy backdrop for a private party event of up to 60 people. They’ve hosted private events for major brands including Acne Studios, Marc Jacobs, and more, so of course, this is an iconic place to party.

With the leather sofas and fireplaces, it’s inviting for first dates or friends who want to sip on a Starry Night old-fashioned or an espresso martini and share a plate of truffle fries. You can rent out the space for a cocktail reception (max. 90) or a seated dinner (max. 60).

3. An intimate 1920s cocktail bar in Tribeca: WarrenPeace

Tribeca, New York

WarrenPeace can be found–you guessed it–on Warren Street, in the heart of Tribeca. This bar has a 1920s vibe, vintage lamps, wood paneling, and silent films playing on TVs. Come for dinner with friends or a first date and indulge in the Mediterranean-inspired menu, with lamb sliders and pita with tzatziki. Order the Bananarama cocktail or the Gazpacho Martini if you want to try something different and delicious.

4. Tribeca's tiny gem of a bar: Tiny’s & The Bar Upstairs

Tribeca, New York

Tucked away in Tribeca is a small pink building called Tiny’s, a historical 19th-century townhouse turned bar and restaurant. Opened by three siblings, this Tribeca bar is a warm and inviting space with all the comforts of home. Come for lunch, dinner, or to enjoy the weekend at the upstairs cocktail bar. You can do a full buyout or something smaller for an intimate cocktail party or private dinner. They take care of everything, you just have to provide the guest list. They may be tiny, but they throw the grandest of parties.

5. The Tribeca bar for sipping on sophistication: Brandy Library

Tribeca, New York

Next door to Tribeca’s Ghostbusters Headquarters is the Brandy Library, a refined bar and lounge that holds over 1,500 whiskies, brandies, and rums. This spot is romantic and sophisticated, with dim lighting, candles, leather seats, and soft jazz music. While they only take reservations for up to 6 people, they offer bookings for private parties in the VIP lounge, the main floor, and the lower level, which can hold up to 70 guests. The sophistication is so much so that to enter you must be over 25 years old. We don’t make the rules!
