The Castelli Rom (max. 80) puts you in a serious mindset with its industrial design elements. The Gallery (max. 200) is more modern, with an open floor plan that is versatile and can be combined with other rooms for larger events. However, if you want to give your coworkers the option of stepping outside for fresh air, Loft North (max. 80) or Loft South (max. 80) would be ideal.

This SoHo corporate venue offers various spaces. The first is Suite 500, which accommodates 19 people for more intimate corporate meetings. The SoHo Loft is a 300 sq. ft. space that accommodates 30 guests with brick-exposed walls and wooden floors. Lastly, Penthouse Six comprises a 1,800 sq. ft. indoor space and a 450 sq. ft. rooftop deck with a garden and a skyline view.

Soho Lofts is a corporate venue that rents commercial loft spaces short-term or daily. It is located in an 1890 textile manufacturing building that still contains authentic architecture. Five spaces make up 50,000 sq. ft. of loft rentals, and natural lighting shines through 16-foot ceiling sash windows.


The Lower Level, Ground Level, and Second Level spaces are 10,000 sq. ft. each, and all have a large open floor plan with hardwood floors, tin ceilings, and exposed brick. They also contain high-speed WiFi, and A/V capabilities. Previous clients have been Calvin Klein, IKEA, and Savage X Fenty.

The Gallery & Terrace (max. 125) is a 1,000 sq. ft. space filled with natural light and wooden walls, floors, and ceilings. The Penthouse & Terrace is located on the 26th floor and has unobstructed views of Manhattan and AV features. Lastly, NoMo Kitchen / Rose Garden (max. 200) is a lively greenhouse with 2,811 sq. ft. of space, a built-in patio, and a bar. Your guests will be enamored with the space and what you’re pitching.
