Several smaller rooms are available, including the 40-person Studio E and the intimate 4-person Studio D. The spaces are column-free with traditional basket-weave sprung floors, fixed ballet barres, and pianos.

Discounted rates are offered to non-profit organizations, and commercial renters receive competitive rates.
