Situated on the 1st floor of M Shed Museum, Studio 2 offers a flexible layout  with a ceiling mounted projector, screen, PA system, lectern & mics.  It also boasts fantastic views overlooking the harbourside. Studio 2 is perfect for a range of events, from board meetings to creative workshops with stunning views across the harbour, The studios also have a utility area for more creative events.

Situated on the 1st floor of M Shed Museum, Studio 1&2 are two rooms separated by a moveable partition and offer a flexible layout.  Studio 2 has a ceiling mounted projector, screen, PA system, lectern & mics.  They also boasts fantastic views overlooking the harbourside. The studios also have a utility area for more creative events and are perfect for a range of events.

Studio 1 & 2

The Waterside Suite is situated on the top floor of M Shed and can hold up to 270 guests for a theatre style conference, 270 for dinner or 240 for a cabaret style event. It has brand new AV and lighting systems and can offer hybrid meetings at request. It also has direct access to your own private Harbourside balcony where you can enjoy a coffee or a snack, get some fresh air, and take in the stunning views of the harbour and beyond.

Waterside Suite

**The Ward & Ante Room at HMS Belfast is a beautiful room for hire, providing the ideal space for private dining and events.**

This stunning space, comprising two rooms, was, historically, the Officers’ Mess. The Ante room offers the perfect space for pre dinner drinks and general relaxing, while the Ward provides the perfect private dining room London has to offer. Both spaces have been carefully restored in meticulous detail, from the bar to the light fixtures, recreated to match the room as it looked in 1959.

With a rather glamorous gold and cream finish, the atmosphere in this room is full of warmth. An ideal conference venue in London with a break out space or private dining with a separate bar area. The Ward & Ante room provides an all encompassing space for events.

**The Boat Deck, one of the largest decks for hire on HMS Belfast, this is a great space accomodating up to 150 guests for a reception.

Outdoors, but with a  alternative indoor space to retreat to in poor weather, the Boat Deck used to be the holding area for the small boats, having previously been the spot from which Walrus aircraft were, literally, catapulted into the air. 

The Boat Deck has a historical touch as you can still see the crane that lifted the planes back on board and the marks on the deck where the boats sat.

This unique area of the ship is where the crew would gather for their meals. Surrounded by all the original features, including the exposed steel walls of the ship and pipe work on the ceiling, there is no mistaking that you’re on a warship!  Amidst all these period fittings, you will have the facility of modern AV equipment for both day and evening events.  

HMS Belfast's iconic dining room takes you on a historical journey with it's original design which is supplemented with modern equipment for large events.This space is ideal for larger dinners of up to 144 people.

The Jubilee Deck commemorates the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012 and boasts elevated views of the river Thames and the surrounding historical landmarks. Together, they truly are a remarkable place to enjoy an evening BBQ or reception in the summer months.

Named after the Admiral who served in her and later was responsible for ensuring the ship was saved from the scrap yard, the room has been restored to reflect the original 1950’s décor and its wood panelled walls echo the camaraderie that was such a vital part of life on board this great ship.
