The Mary Rice Function Room, situated on the first floor of the Treacy Centre in Parkville, is a moderately sized space ideal for board meetings or seminars. With three large windows offering plenty of natural light and views of the gardens below, the room provides a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre-style setup or up to 30 people at round tables.

The room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted data projector featuring VGA and HDMI connections. Additional AV equipment can be hired through the Treacy Centre’s helpful staff, and catering services are available upon request.

The Mary Rice Function Room can be arranged in various layouts: round tables fit up to 30 people, a boardroom table setup accommodates up to 20, a U-shape with tables fits up to 25, and theatre-style seating can host up to 50 attendees.

Located on the ground floor of the Treacy Centre in Parkville, the Edmund Rice function room is the largest space available within the venue. Ideal for hosting large conferences or private seminars, this versatile room can accommodate up to 200 guests. It features ample natural light, streaming in through its private north-facing courtyard, ensuring a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Equipped with split system air-conditioning, the space remains comfortable year-round.

The room is well-appointed with AV facilities, including a data projector with both HDMI and VGA connections, a screen, and a fully integrated sound system with handheld and lapel microphones. The Treacy Centre's attentive staff are on hand to assist with connecting to the NBN wireless internet and to help with room setup for both organizers and attendees. Catering and additional AV equipment hire are also available upon request.

The Edmund Rice function room can be arranged in various layouts: round tables can seat up to 140 guests, a U-shape with tables accommodates up to 40, and a theatre-style setup can fit up to 200 attendees.

It comfortably seats up to 10 people around a boardroom table. The room is equipped with a large TV screen featuring HDMI and VGA capabilities, making it ideal for presentations and discussions.
