The Treacy Function Room, named after the centre itself, is the second-largest space within the Treacy Centre in Parkville. Located on the ground floor, this room offers flexibility for various events, accommodating up to 80 people in a theatre-style setup or up to 40 people with round tables or a U-shape table arrangement. Large windows fill the room with natural light, and double doors open out to the property's gardens, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing breeze during the event.

The room is equipped with a data projector and a portable sound system, with additional equipment available upon request. Catering services can also be arranged through the Treacy Centre's friendly team, ensuring all event needs are met.

Located on the ground floor of the Treacy Centre in Parkville, the Edmund Rice function room is the largest space available within the venue. Ideal for hosting large conferences or private seminars, this versatile room can accommodate up to 200 guests. It features ample natural light, streaming in through its private north-facing courtyard, ensuring a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Equipped with split system air-conditioning, the space remains comfortable year-round.

The room is well-appointed with AV facilities, including a data projector with both HDMI and VGA connections, a screen, and a fully integrated sound system with handheld and lapel microphones. The Treacy Centre's attentive staff are on hand to assist with connecting to the NBN wireless internet and to help with room setup for both organizers and attendees. Catering and additional AV equipment hire are also available upon request.

The Edmund Rice function room can be arranged in various layouts: round tables can seat up to 140 guests, a U-shape with tables accommodates up to 40, and a theatre-style setup can fit up to 200 attendees.

The Donald Mackay Small Board Room, located on the first floor of the Treacy Centre in Parkville, is an intimate space designed for small meetings. It comfortably seats up to 10 people around a boardroom table. The room is equipped with a large TV screen featuring HDMI and VGA capabilities, making it ideal for presentations and discussions.
