The Ground Level Annex, one of its space, fronts onto Melbourne’s iconic Tattersalls Lane and features a rough and ready warehouse aesthetic.
The Ground Level Annex may also be accessed via level one of the Golden Square Carpark. There is basic power, water and drainage available and should it be required, hirers can access (at their own expense) three phase power from elsewhere in the Golden Square facility.
There are no toilets in the ground floor Annex but the large roller door opening onto Tattersalls lane makes it possible to bring portable toilets into the space.
