The Rooftop Annex features lined, white gallery-style walls, a smooth epoxy painted floor and vaulted ceiling with exposed timber and concrete beams. A concrete platform in the middle of the space can be utilized as a stage (with DDA approval).
There is a combination of standard 10amp GPO’s dotted about the perimeter walls, and total of four, centrally located 32 amp 3 phase outlets. The facility also comes with a 32amp distribution board fitted with 20, 15 and 10 amp outlets.
The venue features an 85% blackout during daylight hours (with doors closed), making projection on the vast walls a possibility. The rooftop annex also features 3 unisex washrooms, running water and drainage.
