The George on Collins is located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD which is a marvellous building that has a rich history dating from 1900s. On top of that with the expertise of Khanh Ong, a former DJ and Masterchef contestant is a proud partner of The George on Collins, bringing his creative flair, knowledge and expertise to the table (literally).

Whether you’re hosting a corporate function, a birthday bash or a cocktail party, The George creates just the right atmosphere to make it a memorable occasion. This venue has seven different spaces, each with its own unique character and charm.

The Den, the second-largest private space with its own entrance and private bar, is a beautiful canvas that you can use to create the event of your choice – it’s easy to decorate. Great for social get-togethers, but equally good for work-related events where you want to keep things more intimate. The Den can fit up to 26 guests seated and 40 guests standing.
