The George on Collins is located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD which is a marvellous building that has a rich history dating from 1900s. On top of that with the expertise of Khanh Ong, a former DJ and Masterchef contestant is a proud partner of The George on Collins, bringing his creative flair, knowledge and expertise to the table (literally).

Whether you’re hosting a corporate function, a birthday bash or a cocktail party, The George creates just the right atmosphere to make it a memorable occasion. This venue has seven different spaces, each with its own unique character and charm.

Need space for a serious crowd – but don’t want to compromise on style? The Parlour is just the place. As the centre of George on Collins, the Parlour encompasses the long, New York-style bar, and can be hired exclusively (or in conjunction with other event spaces, if you want the entire house to be yours!). The Parlour can fit up to 350 guests standing and 150 guests seated.
