Their unique alfresco area offers a charming retreat where you can share delectable drinks and great conversations. You’d never know you were in the heart of the city, as their cosy haven invites you to unwind with tailored drinks, soaking in the ambiance of times gone by.

Their alfresco foot path area can accommodate up to 50 guests. They can configure 4 large high tables anyway you like, with guests either sitting on  stools, or mingling while standing.   

Choose between a drinks & nibbles package for a set number of hours or a pre-negotiated tab at the bar. As a gin bar, it’s good to know that gin & tonics are included in their basic drinks package. Their inside bar area offers a charming retreat where you can share delectable drinks and great conversations. You’d never know you they are in the heart of the city, as their cosy haven invites you to unwind with tailored drinks, soaking in the ambiance of times gone by.

Their inside bar area can accommodate 40 - 70 guests as an exclusive area for you, at certain times. On Fridays and Saturdays, it is available as an exclusive area up until 9pm, after which time it will be available to the public.

As a gin bar, it’s good to know that gin & tonics are included in their basic drinks package. The interior bar area offers a charming retreat where guests can enjoy delectable drinks and engaging conversations, all while feeling a world away from the city's hustle and bustle. The cozy haven invites visitors to unwind with tailored drinks and soak in the ambiance of times gone by. The alfresco area, adorned with fairy lights, delivers the beloved laneway vibes.

Hains & Co., Hains & Co Bar

Electra House is located at 131 King William Street, Adelaide, South Australia. The venue is a late Victorian classical building, originally built in 1900, with a striking facade featuring Corinthian columns, intricate stonework, and distinctive red granite. 

The interior spans three levels with new bars, dining areas, and function spaces. The venue also features a large beer garden with exposed brickwork, and a new external staircase that connects the different levels.

The East Side function room at Electra House is a sophisticated space inspired by New York’s Upper East Side apartments. It features minimalist designer lighting, plush lounges, polished timber floors, and marble accents, creating an elegant ambiance. The room accommodates up to 100 guests for cocktail-style events or 40 for seated functions.
