All one day rentals will require a $150 cleaning fee and $125 site manager fee paid directly to the gallery.
If any alcohol is served, you must hire (1-2) security guards to ensure all guests remain within the space.
There is a refundable security fee determined based on the event. $600 for one-day events - $1500 for multi-day rental.
All extra fees except basic rental fees should be paid directly to the venue. The renter and the venue will exchange an agreement prepared by the venue.
