However, if you want something with distinctive charm, then look at their space, The Mansion. The Atrium (max. 500) is a 5,000 sq. ft. area with brick walls, exposed beams, and lots of natural light descending from the ceiling. You can bring any vision to life with this structurally minimalist space, with the help of various seating arrangements to their open vendor policy.

The Mansion is a 3,000 sq. ft. space that looks like a set of a mystery movie (in a good way). A spiral wrought-iron staircase connects the two floors with a fireplace, chandelier, black walls, and sunroom. The unique paintings and details will grab your guest's attention and make a lasting impression.

Having the option to watch the sunset over the Hudson River is hard to turn down, so you might as well make it part of your next event. Your guests will surely remember the night. The Westside Loft is an 8,000 sq. ft. venue that can accommodate up to 300 guests. With 40 eight-foot windows, white walls, and light wooden floors, the open and airy space will be able to match what you have in mind.

Don't mistake this Lower Manhattan loft for just an open area; unique characteristics are sprinkled throughout. The bathrooms are steel, there's a poured concrete kitchen, and you can vault the doors by large hinges. Triangle Loft can be found on the top floor of the Little Flatiron Building, located in the middle of the Meatpacking District and is in the shape of a– you guessed it –triangle. This Lower Manhattan loft comprises two spaces: Loft 5S+5N and Loft 4S. Loft 5S is 3,000 sq. ft., and 5N is 2,000 sq. ft. combined totaling 5,000 sq. ft. When holding a reception, they can accommodate 300 guests and 135 for seated functions. The gray floors, wooden beam ceilings, and white walls allow for customization. There is also a full commercial kitchen, six bathrooms, a Sonos sound system, controlled lighting, and six unisex restrooms.

Loft 4S is a 3,100 sq. ft. space, seating 200 guests or 300 for a reception. This area of the loft also has a Sonos sound system, controlled lighting, and two bathrooms. The Triangle Loft team will help plan and produce your event while gathering supplies from locally-owned distilleries

Penthouse Six steps it up a notch at 1,800 sq. ft., accommodating up to 70 guests, with a 450 sq. ft. rooftop deck and garden that'll let you bask in the NYC sun (or snow) looking at the city skyline. Lastly, SoHo Loft is an elegant 700 sq. ft. space with white brick and wooden floors, accommodating 30 guests.
