Edit is a new bar and restaurant in the central, Cheltenham road area of Bristol.
The interior is stylish and modern, with ambient lighting throughout and a look more reminiscent of Tokyo than Bristol. Our main u.s.p though is our incredible audiophile sound system, with bespoke d.j booth, valve amplifiers and vintage Klipsch speakers in every area.
There is a bar area with seating in the front of the venue with a fully stocked bar offering a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails with soft and hot drinks also available. Then we have two larger dining areas, the first with high long tables and stools, and the second a more traditional seated dining area. Our kitchen specialises in Asian style small plates (tapas) ideal for more informal larger parties. we can seat up to 70 covers, but have a capacity of 100 for a non sit down event. Edit could be used for any kind of private event from formal meeting space to more bar oriented party nights.
