Our Woburn Hall is a great fully accessible space for any large Christmas parties with a capacity of up to 250 for a drinks reception or 110 for a seated lunch or dinner. When booking the Woburn Hall for your festive event, you get access to the Woburn Foyer for your arrival drinks or any post-event drinks reception depending on which package you choose.

For smaller and more intimate events, the Sakura Café offers a great alternative in an open space which can seat up to 56 guest or up to 100 people for a standing drinks reception.

Whether you decide to have a standing reception or a seated traditional dinner our catering partners, Company of Cooks, offer great festive packages. You can have our standing reception package with bowl food and a 2-hour unlimited drinks from just £80 + VAT. Also, you can choose the celebration package from £95 + VAT per person for a beautiful 3-course, traditional seated lunch or dinner with arrival drinks and wine included. The above prices include the room hire and AV package!

With state of the art AV facilities and professional AV support included with your booking, you can be sure that your event will run smoothly. Why not wash the room with Christmassy colours using the uplighters which are included within the room hire? Why not use our large projector and TV screens for your branding as well as for any holding slides that showcase your brand’s festive message?

Are you looking for a themed event and/or entertainment? You can enhance your event perhaps with a bespoke winter wonderland theme decoration accompanied with an uplifting DJ set or a live cover band post-dinner to create a night for your guests to remember. Our sales team will be able to guide you and discuss any bespoke decoration and/or entertainment options with you upon request.

Our team have some great ideas on how you can enhance that festive cheer on a budget. We will have a Christmas playlist ready to get your guests in a Christmassy mood while we can prepare a more uplifting playlist for a post-dinner reception. Did you know that we have recently upgraded our PA systems at the Woburn Hall, Woburn Foyer and the Sakura Café? Also, we can dress the space in fairy lights and wash the rooms with eye-pleasing colour combinations of your choice. You could use our large projector and our in-house AV to present a Christmas quiz. Of course, you can add other additional touches to your event such as a secret santa, personalised gifts, a particular dress code of a specific time-period or even add a charity element to your event to give back to the community over the Christmas period! Finally, a cherry on top for your event would be having our head chef talk your guests through our traditional Christmas menu or how about a carvery?
