As a charity, every penny we earn goes towards celebrating extraordinary Earth and educating people on how we can take best care of it. So when you host your event at Dynamic Earth, as well as enjoying a state-of-the-art venue in the heart of an historic city, with incredible views of an ancient volcano, you’ll also support our mission. From meetings and conferences, dinners and awards ceremonies, graduation balls, Christmas parties and weddings, we give you the chance to contribute to the fight to overcome the biggest challenges facing our planet.

The flexibility of this space makes it ideal for conferences that require a breakout area or private dinners and weddings. Equipped with the latest technology and supported by a professional events team, the historic and picturesque surroundings will add uniqueness and value to your event.

We have a dedicated AV team onsite, with integrated AV designed in all of our event suites. 
The below is included within your room hire along with a technician for the day.
We can recommend local AV suppliers for any specific lighting or web streaming services.

The boardroom is a dedicated meeting space with large windows which attract natural light. Please note, this room can only be booked alongside the Salisbury suite.

Boardroom

The suite can be booked as a whole or split into two smaller rooms. In its entirety it offers space for up to 40 people theatre style with the flexibility to be arranged in cabaret style for 24 people or boardroom style for 20 people.

This spacious, airy and relaxed venue, is set against the breathtaking backdrop of Holyrood Park, making it a warm, welcoming, environment; ideal for all your smaller corporate requirements.

By hosting your event with us, you’re supporting our charity and helping us deliver compelling science engagement at our centre in Edinburgh and nationally across Scotland to families, school learners and community groups. Your event at Dynamic Earth will include exclusive use of our venue, from hosting your arrival drinks in our Rainforest guests can take a walk through our immersive galleries ‘after dark’ and enjoy the attraction before the evening dinner. 

With its magnificent translucent roof and glass walls, the dramatic setting of the Stratosphere will ensure any gala dinner or corporate hospitality event is unique and above all memorable. 

Please note we only allow bookings for the Stratosphere alongside the Biosphere, with a minimum number of 80 for daytime delegates. For evening dinners we require a minimum number of 200. 

Stratosphere

Bathed in natural light and with unspoiled views of Salisbury Crags, the Ozone provides the perfect setting for your next event. Situated within the Stratosphere, this versatile and soundproofed space can be used independently as a conference suite, breakout room, exhibition or catering area by day, or an elegant reception area or dance floor by night.
Please note we only allow bookings for the Ozone alongside the Stratosphere/Biosphere as a breakout room or catering space.
