Sharing the first floor with MILL, LOOM offers a premium industrial vibe that is ideal for networking events, brand launches and private dinners. 
LOOM features moving partition walls which allow you the choice of creating a more intimate space or seamlessly combining with MILL to increase the studio size. The studio can be booked alongside our other spaces to create a multi-storey event space across our whole building, totalling 15,000 sq ft. 
Equipped with air con and a goods lift for ease of access. 
Located next to Shoreditch Park, the studio has great transport links with stations nearby including Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street.

Presented with polished concrete floors and industrial backdrops, MILL offers a trendy warehouse-style space for your events. With ample natural daylight the space lends itself perfectly to press events, networking and brand launches. 
MILL features moving partition walls which allow you the choice of creating a more intimate space or seamlessly combining with LOOM to increase the studio size to 3300 sq ft. When booked alongside our other spaces there is potential for up to 15,000 sq ft of space in total. 
Situated overlooking Shoreditch Park, MILL is close to great transport links with nearby stations including Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street. 

Studio MILL

Wimborne House

A warm and inviting space, our LOUNGE serves as the main entrance and reception to all of our studio spaces at Wimborne House. With ample seating and standing space it can be transformed into a beautiful event space or breakout area for crew. 
The LOUNGE features both a coffee machine and bar area, making it perfect for serving drinks at any time of day and to suit any mood. 
The space can be hired out alone or alongside our other spaces at Wimborne House to create a memorable welcome area. 
Situated opposite the vibrant Shoreditch Park, the LOUNGE is easily accessible with great transport links such as nearby stations Liverpool Street, Old Street and Hoxton. 

LOUNGE

Spanning an impressive 3,300 sq ft of space, RISE is a breathtaking studio that will suit any event. 
Completely versatile with multiple styled sets and areas, such as a regency panelled room with parquet floor, exposed brick wall, and breakout area. 
The space has hosted events for clients such as Converse, Dr Martens, Armani and Bare Minerals. 
RISE can also be booked alongside our other studios, providing up to 15,000 sq ft of space and the opportunity to host large scale events across multiple floors. We consider all of our studios blank canvases that can be transformed into unique spaces to showcase your brand. 
The studio features air con and has goods lift access. 
Located on the top floor this space gives stunning views across Shoreditch Park and the city, providing the perfect backdrop to your event. 
RISE is easily accessible with great transport links nearby, such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations. 

Studio RISE 

VIEW is a bright and airy event space featuring a beautiful arched window that overlooks Shoreditch Park. It is large enough to cater for events such as brand launches, private dining, and conferences. 
Recently refurbished, the space now offers a unique corner set with a hand painted lime-wash wall - designed to provide the perfect backdrop for product displays, branding, and photo opportunities. 
VIEW has played host to clients such as Converse and HeadBox, who have both transformed the space into unforgettable brand experiences. The space can also be booked alongside our other studios at Wimborne House to create a multi-storey large scale event. 
The studio is equipped with air con and goods lift access. 
The space is conveniently located in Shoreditch, with nearby transport links at Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations. 

Studio VIEW

A spacious 2000 sq ft studio, DAWN offers high ceilings and large windows throughout for ample natural daylight. It features a 14ft wide cove that is perfect to use as a stage or backdrop for events such as networking, presentations or workshops. 
DAWN is also equipped with a separate internal room that can be utilised in ways such as a cloakroom, hair and makeup area or as storage for your event. 
Previously used by clients including Converse, Vogue and Sofar Sounds to create brand experiences, studio shoots and live music events. The space can be booked alongside our other studios at Wimborne House with up to 15,000 sq ft available. 
Located on the ground floor for easy access and with great transport links such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations nearby. 

Studio DAWN

A luxury, stylised space fitted with antique double doors, bespoke panelled walls and archway. 
ZONE offers an impressive 2250 sq ft, with the studio encompassing the character of a location house alongside all the benefits of a functional event space. 
Brilliantly suited for press events, product launches and networking events with a prime location in the heart of Shoreditch. 
The space has played host to clients such as JD Sports, TALA, The Body Shop and L'Oreal. If desired ZONE can be booked with other studios at our Perseverance Works site to provide 10,000 sq ft of event space. 
Situated close to transport links such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street train station for easy accessibility. 

Studio ZONE

JJ Studios - Perseverance Works

A bright, beautiful 2,000 sq ft space perfect for product launches, press days and presentations.
This space has recently undergone refurbishment and is in pristine condition.  
Bathed in natural light from west-facing warehouse windows, this space features wooden floorboards, a high vaulted ceiling with air conditioning, a vast 26ft wide raw plaster textured wall and contemporary stylised furnishings.
The space has hosted events for TIKTOK, Playstation, META x Rayban, Adidas, NEXT, Dr Martens and more. The studio can be combined with our other spaces in Perseverance Works to provide 10,000 sq ft of space in total, perfect for large scale events and creative opportunities. 
HIDE offers a unique and trendy backdrop for your event, based in the heart of Shoreditch with fantastic transport links such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations. 

Studio HIDE

A bright, warehouse style space boasting 2,100sq feet of space, perfect for brand launches, press events and conferences. 
With an abundance of sunlight from west facing windows and views onto a picturesque courtyard this studio is sure to bring your event to life. 
Featuring white wooden floorboards, high vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls. 
Some of the clients we have hosted in this space include Dr Martens, NEXT, Gymshark and Adidas, accommodating product launches, workshops and more. LOFT can be booked alongside our other studios at Perseverance Works to cater to larger events, with the potential of up to 10,000 sq ft of space. 
LOFT offers a trendy and clean backdrop for your event, it is  located in the heart of Shoreditch with easily accessible transport links such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations. 

Studio LOFT

A large, bright studio offering 2250 sq ft of space for your bespoke event; perfect for networking, workshops, brand launches and more. 
CORE provides functionality as well as style, with a designated talent room, kitchen island, and bathroom suite featuring two shower rooms. East facing windows are adorned with shutters and provide excellent natural light throughout the day. 
Clients such as Elle, Meta and TikTok have hosted events within the space, showcasing brand experiences and product launches. CORE can be booked with our other studio spaces to provide up to 10,000 sq ft of space for your event and studio needs. 
This space is located in the heart of Shoreditch with fantastic transport links such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street station nearby.
