Designed specifically for private functions, this room is ideal for small intimate breakfasts, lunches or dinners, cocktail parties, meetings or small corporate events. The panelled room is painted throughout in our house colour powder blue, hung with Modern British works of art, furnished with antiques and decorated with seasonal floral displays. Discretely approached from the main bar, the Wine Room has its own private facilities and has the advantage of sliding doors which reveal (if desired), the working kitchen. We aim to provide a bespoke service and offer guidance, if required, with food and wine choices.
CAPACITY Maximum seating: 26 guests (2 x 8 & 1 x 10 large circular tables, or up to 16 guests at 1 large oval table – (with a Set Menu or a pre ordered menu from a small selection.) Maximum capacity for cocktails/standing reception: 35-40 guests
MENU Although our menus change daily, we are able to send suggested Sample Menus for the season, which reflect our style, and give an indication as to market availability of items. We normally offer a either a set menu or a limited choice for Private Parties which are designed to incorporate the host’s special requests or favourite dishes. If you would like to book our private dining room for 10 or fewer guests, we would be able to offer the a la carte menu on the day of your event. In all cases we offer alternative dishes to those guests who may have dietary restrictions.
