We are a yakitori restaurant that specialises in the art of grilling chicken. This style of cooking elevates and honours every part of the chicken, meaning that with our zero-waste concept, every part is delicately skewered (in over 20 different variations) and grilled over white-hot binchotan charcoal, which is the soul of yakitori. We have open counter seating to the grill and bar. Our space can fit up to 43 persons seated at one time. We can do tables up to 20 for our half hires
