Peckham is a microcosm of London's many, many complexities. The current face of the seemingly endless cycles of gentrification which wash through the city, it's often a flashpoint neighbourhood for what the capital is, and what it's becoming. What we do know is that it's got character in bucketfuls, and enough bars to please anyone who finds themselves stepping foot off Rye station.
