University Women's Club

Our Drawing Room, with wonderful hand-painted walls in a Chinoiserie design, by artist Lucy Makin, is complete with grand piano and overlooks a secluded terraced garden shaded by an old London plane tree. In the winter, a fire burns in the original opulent fireplace, and in the summer, the French windows to the balcony are open, providing cooling breezes. This is a wonderful place for an event and the room can be hired for private parties and weddings.
