The Ellis Room is an event space located at the London Coliseum. The London Coliseum was designed by Frank Matcham in the early 20th Century with the ambition of being the largest and finest “people’s palace of entertainment”. As a charity our mission is to change lives through opera, from free tickets for under 21s, to work with schools and community hubs, to working with the NHS to help patients suffering from Long Covid.
Next to Trafalgar Square, we are ideally located for corporate and private events in the heart of London’s West End.
Our most popular space, the Ellis Room is in prime position between the Stalls and Dress Circle.
Bathed in natural light and offering views over St. Martin’s Lane, it is perfect for daytime meetings, drinks and canapé receptions. We have screens available in our spaces making it perfect for your presentations and hybrid meetings.
This grand room features a piano as well as artwork celebrating the history of ENO and the London Coliseum.
Whether you are planning a special celebration, an informal reception or a daytime event, we are an agile team able to meet truly bespoke finish.
