Uniquely located in Perth’s central business district, on the banks of the Swan River and adjacent to Elizabeth Quay, the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) is Western Australia’s only dedicated and purpose-built convention, exhibition, and meeting venue. Its meeting spaces include: Private boardrooms, BelleVue Ballrooms, and The Riverside Theatre, Perth’s largest tiered theatre.

PCEC has 23 multi-functional rooms across 3 levels. Each space is equipped with audiovisual equipment, for easy setup and running of your meeting. The spaces are all configurable, allowing you to tailor it to your exact requirements.

Rooms can be booked singly or grouped through use of operable walls to offer more space or breakout sessions.

Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre's Bellevue Ballrooms is ideal for balls, gala dinners and cocktail function events.

A spacious foyer features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and an open-air balcony that provides a dramatic backdrop, with views of the Perth City and Swan River. The Ballrooms are complemented by one of Australia’s largest permanently installed intelligent lighting systems and contain operable walls that allow you to configure the space to suit your individual event requirements.

Located on level 3, the BelleVue Ballrooms are close to the BelleVue Lounge and directly above the Meeting Rooms. This provides easy access between the Ballroom, Meeting Rooms and the Riverside Theatre. Each Ballroom has its own foyer area, perfect to let your function spill out for pre-function drinks, event registration or a breakout area. The Bellevue Ballrooms can accommodate up to 1700 guests.

The six exhibition pavilions each feature approximately 2,770m² of column-free interiors, offering easy flow and unobstructed sight lines for your event. Interconnecting operable walls allow the floor space to combined for a total of 16,644m². 

PCEC's Pavilions are not limited to only exhibition space, they can also accommodate up to 3700 for a stand up function and also 3630 for a sit down banquet.

Whatever your event needs, the team can adjust the space to suit.
