**The Mary Greg and Charles Rutherston rooms both come with natural daylight and complimentary WiFi access. The event Spaces are perfect for those smaller more intimate meetings, and offer seating for 2-18 people.**

Equipped with a large plasma screen (included in the hire), this space is perfect for presentation purposes.

Lunch and refreshments may be served from our events menu in the room or you may prefer to dine in the Gallery Cafe adjacent. Pre-orders are possible to ensure a swift and speedy service.

Guests are encouraged to explore the gallery and to view the exhibitions that are available - free of charge. Guided tours are also available to book in advance.

Manchester Art Gallery

**The lavish Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite Galleries are versatile and offer an unparalleled event Space in Manchester.**

An array of highly detailed, glorious paintings, designs and crafts are displayed within these stunning galleries and Guests may mingle while having drinks surrounded by the wonderful artworks.

This is the perfect location for pre-dinner drinks or private drinks receptions for up to 300 Guests, or you may wish to dine in Galleries 9 and 10. A truly unique setting, with a capacity to seat up to 90.

Guests may also enjoy a guided tour of the vast collections and diverse temporary exhibitions (bookable in advance).

**An impressive contemporary Space, the Atrium is well-suited to hosting corporate dinners for 120, charity balls for 100, or evening receptions, presentations and product launches for up to 200.** 

It features plenty of natural light, cloakroom, bar and a flexible room layout which can be configured in a variety of ways to display exhibition materials.

The Atrium

**The Lecture Room is a purpose-built meeting space and comes equipped with an LCD projector, PA system and lectern. All of the in-house AV is included in the hire.**

The capacity of the room is 100 theatre style, 50 cabaret (five round tables of 10), 30 boardroom style.

Complimentary WiFi is available along with blackout blinds.

The Atrium adjacent is the perfect location for registration and refreshments and is also a great Space to network with Guests.

Guests may wish to take the opportunity to explore the galleries too - with a wonderful mix of traditional galleries or the more contemporary temporary exhibitions on offer. Guided tours may also be booked in advance to ensure your Guests have the ultimate experience while attending your event.
