1. A brand new Hotel in Soho: Broadwick Soho
Soho, London
So new that the only images are of a CGI townhouse, kitsch floorplans and a drawing straight from a Wes Anderson storyboard, Broadwick Soho is very much in utero.
Taking up 18-24 Broadwick Street, the new hotel looks to embed itself in the cosmopolitan fabric of Soho, bringing the feeling of '70s hedonistic disco pop meets your eccentric godmother’s townhouse'. So that's something.
Alongside the normal Soho hotel stuff (beds, event spaces, TVs to be thrown from windows), there will also be an elevated rooftop bar, restaurant, private dining room and wrap-around terrace to grant sweeping views over the chaos below.
