Situated in the heart area of the South Eveleigh innovation precinct, 107 South Eveleigh is a versatile open-plan venue capable of accommodating up to 200 individuals. 107 South Eveleigh began its journey to becoming the precinct’s community heartbeat in November 2022 and has quickly become the vibrant hub embodying values of innovation, creativity, inclusivity, and diversity.

Situated in the heart area of the South Eveleigh innovation precinct, 107 South Eveleigh is a versatile open-plan venue capable of accommodating up to 200 individuals. 107 South Eveleigh began its journey to becoming the precinct’s community heartbeat in November 2022 and has quickly become the vibrant hub embodying values of innovation, creativity, inclusivity, and diversity.

The 107 South Eveleigh Patio is a spacious outdoor area that is covered, and offers a scenic view of the bustling South Eveleigh Precinct. This versatile space can be arranged to accommodate different staging configurations and is particularly suitable for smaller workshop and meeting groups. It can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Adjacent to the 107 South Eveleigh Conference Space, the Patio offers the convenience of hiring both spaces together if a larger area is required.

107 Redfern Street is a refurbished car garage that now serves as a flourishing and versatile creative hub in the heart of Redfern.

At 107 Redfern Street, you'll find a variety of flexible event spaces that can be hired for meetings, performances, workshops, product launches, exhibitions, and other various functions.

The ground floor exhibition area at 107 is divided into two sections: one featuring grey walls and the other with white walls. These two open-plan spaces are dedicated to hosting exhibitions and various creative events, in two week blocks by application twice a year. Additionally, depending on the nature of the exhibition, the Galleries can be hired for standing, informal events or as a breakout space for networking during talks or performances. These spaces can accommodate up to 120 guests.

With the hard work of passionate volunteers and a lot of innovative ideas, an empty and bare courtyard has been transformed into a lush rooftop garden. The Conference Room conveniently connects to the Rooftop Garden, providing a serene escape or an alternative meeting venue. This garden space has the capacity to host up to 40 guests.

The Outdoor Room is a spacious outdoor area adorned with a magnificent arched undercroft that extends from the building. This covered space offers flexibility to accommodate various staging arrangements and is particularly well-suited for acoustic or amplified performances. It's important to note that any amplified equipment must be connected to the in-house sound limiter.

The Outdoor Room seamlessly connects to the Ground Floor Classroom space, providing the option to hire both areas together when a larger space is needed. As the largest open plan area, the Outdoor Room is suitable for speeches, low-impact workshops, as well as theatre and musical performances. It can accommodate up to 100 guests.

The Ground Floor Classroom is a spacious area that is divided into two primary sections. The first section offers a long open space with a pleasant view of the Outdoor Room. The second section features archways and open ceilings. Positioned at the western end of the classroom is a large kitchen.

This versatile space can accommodate a wide range of events, including exhibitions, dinners, workshops, and performances. It can accommodate up to 50 guests. The Outdoor Room seamlessly connects to the Ground Floor Classroom, offering the option to hire both areas together for larger events that require more space.
