Welcome to Thornbury

Located on Northcote's High Street, Welcome to Thornbury is hard to miss for your guests with its iconic big neon sign. From all-day film shoots, exhibitions, killer work parties, festivals and showcases WTT has the space and experience of the functions team to provide you with the venue to host major events without a hitch!

Five stunning spaces are available for hire. The entire venue can also be hired exclusively for bigger events.

What was previously a car showroom many moons ago is now transformed to the iconic The Showroom. This rustic modern space is located at the front of venue at Welcome to Thornbury.

The Showroom is a warm inviting space, the brown leather lounges, copper bar and black steel and of course, their bioethanol fireplace provides all the theming you need. It can accommodate up to 300 guests.

A self-contained space, the Showroom has a private entry off High Street, a private bar and it’s own bathrooms. Also included within the space is a raised stage for any speeches, live entertainment or just to have a boogie on, as well as two TV screens, PA system and microphone. Interchangeable furniture and sliding floor to ceiling glass doors, allows for a progressive function such as cocktail making classes, paint and sip or talk and taste, then moving into a space for drinks and nibbles, perfect for company team bonding, hen’s and buck’s parties or Christmas parties.

The Showroom can also be split into two creating two private spaces for small affairs, both with its own private entrance, separate bathrooms and private bar.
