The Kambri Precinct at The Australian National University (ANU) offers a collection of eight world-class spaces and multi-purpose teaching facility, with the capabilities of hosting a versatile range of events.
The purpose-built amphitheatre is the place to eat lunch, watch concerts and soak up the village atmosphere on the tiered grass seating overlooking Sullivan’s Creek. The integrated stage sits on the re-configured pond itself, with the amphitheatre rising up to Kambri level. It has dedicated paths allowing access for a wide variety of events and productions to be held in the space. The stage also features an Indigenous fire pit to allow for traditional smoking ceremonies when appropriate, plus power available for event use.
Surrounded by landscaped gardens, local retailers and public seating, the Amphitheatre lends itself as an ideal location to host ceremonies, live music and public gatherings. Located in the Public Realm of Kambri Precinct, the Lawn is the perfect place to host your next event. This space can accommodate up to 250 guests.
