The Botanical Room at its fullest capacity is capable of accommodating up to 200 guests, or is partitionable into smaller spaces including different combinations along with intimate spaces such as the Terrace Suite and the Parkview Deck for smaller events.

With a generous 235m2, the Botanical combines Terrace Hotel's Banksia, Wattle and Acacia function rooms to create one large multi-purpose venue that can host up to 220 guests in a cocktail style setup, or up to 250 guests in a cocktail style setup with the addition of Parkview Deck.

With high ceilings and abundant natural light, this large and pillarless venue is ideal for mid-size corporate and private events, such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, product launches, dinners, and cocktail parties.

The Botanical can be easily divided into three separate rooms to allow for different events to run at the same time.
