Conveniently located on Smith St in Collingwood, The Incubator, is a large, light-filled space with high, share tables in a modern brewing space. The Incubator can comfortably fit up to 100 people.
Fixation Brewing Co. offers a wide range of fresh and delicious beers plus a full selection of other beer, wine, cider and ginger beer.
We also offer delicious plant based pizzas from our neighbours next door at Red Sparrow Pizza, but BYO Food is also an option. There are a number of local caterers and are happy to work out whatever requirements you have for your event.
