Signorelli Gastronomia’s cool marble and glass fitout and vintage décor is a contemporary take on the cafes and delis of Southern Italy. The light-filled space features a wine vault and cheese room for private tastings, and a piazza-style atrium adorned with festoon lighting. Textured light charcoal walls with speckled gold create a tactile and nuance feel inside the chic, pillarless room. Completely pared back, the interiors draw on the direct visual reference of the original industrial aesthetic.
