The Warehouse is the largest enclosed event space at The Timber Yard and is suited to any amazing occasion. The Warehouse is decorated with reclaimed timber, tools and pockets of greenery. Measured at 1,400m2 means the Warehouse can fit any size event from 50 to 1,500 people.

The Timber Yard's Meeting Room #1, is the smallest green room with an area of 25m2, which can fit up to 15 people. The Meeting Room #1 is equipped with couches, kitchenette, adjoining toilet and shower. Ideal for keynote speakers, performers or key staff.

*Please note we hire the venue out exclusively allowing clients to make use of the whole venue on the event day.

The site has been restored, remaining true to its heritage of second hand timber storage and fabrication. The Timber Yard has six unique indoor and outdoor spaces - which makes it extremely flexible with any events, from conferences to birthdays.

The Timber Yard has the Warehouse, The Yard, The Wood Store, The Workshop, Meeting Room #1 & Meeting Room #2 that is available for exclusive use for any type of events. The entire venue is able to accommodate up to 1,500 people.

The Timber Yard caters for all types of events including Corporate, Private, Expos, Markets, Weddings and Live music. The in house AV team can also assist you to deliver complete end to end production services such as draping, staging, presentations, concerts and all your lighting requirements to really elevate your event.

At The Timber Yard, you get exclusive access to the venue for your event, including allocated time for bump in and bump out.

The Timber Yard's Meeting Room #2 is the larger upstairs meeting room, which is measured at 90m2 and can fit from 40 to 60 people. Perfect for VIP spaces, boardrooms, private dining or bridal / groom suite. The Meeting Room #2 has the most amazing view of the rear warehouse.

The Workshop at the Timber Yard is the smallest enclosed space, where furniture fabrication used to occur. The Workshop is measured at 135m2, meaning it can suit small cocktail functions or as a breakout room when hiring the entire venue, from 50 to 180 people.
