The Branksome Hotel and Residences have more than 10 facilities for conferences and meetings that would be prefect for most of your events needs – from board room for 16 to theatre-style seating for 100. Their Audio-Visual facilities are designed to cater for the most sophisticated requirements including dual source inputs for dual screen projections and video conferencing with automatic tracking and display of active participant speaking through an array of over 20 microphones.
The Bali Room has natural lighting, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows (with day and night blinds). It has a private outdoor courtyard area including an outdoor speaker which is ideal for coffee breaks. It can accommodate up to 32 guests.
The room itself is air-conditioned/heated, with a sink and water station. It also has storage cabinets, 6 ground power points, 6 wall power points, a whiteboard with markers as well as wall clocks. The room has 2 projectors and 2 screens. 6 HDMI input sources can be accepted from separate laptops, and split content will be displayed one on each screen. Alternatively, the same source can be displayed on both screens. This also includes support for wireless/wired microphones with 3.5mm audio. The room also has a TV to support audio and video conferencing using Cisco Webex. Free to air TV or Pay TV channels can also be played via projectors or TV.
The Reading Room next to the Bali Room is an exclusive lounge that can be used as a private meeting area. This room can be hired together with the Bali Room.
