The Grove Marquee is located just past the winning post trackside and offers the perfect raceday experience with it's own private bar and location right next to all the racing action. 

The Grove Marquee also offers itself as a great venue for cocktail events, dining style events, special events and much more with a capacity of 300 guests!

The Chief De Beers Room is the ideal location for raceday corporate functions, team building raceday experiences, conferences and meetings, cocktail events and sit down dining with a capacity of 100 guests.

The East Terraces & Hometurn Room is located on The second level of the Public Grandstand. This space features glass view of the race track and is our premium dining restaurants at Doomben on a Raceday. 

This space can also accommodate trade shows, conferences, meetings, cocktail style events and dining style events with capacity of 300 guests.

East Terraces & Hometurn Room

Located on Level Two of the Members' Reserve, experience the NEW Guineas Ballroom - Brisbane Racing Club's destination for dining, socialising and entertaining at Eagle Farm Racecourse!

With elevated views of the Parade Ring, the new open-air balcony on the eastern wall will allow racing fans a direct view of the pre-race action under the canopy of the magnificent fig trees. Two huge screens show all the racing action and there are a number of screens around the room with the latest betting trends.

The light-filled lobby is the central hub and a gateway to even more experiences, including the grandstand for live race viewing and bookmakers precinct.

This space is suitable for race day corporate functions, conferences, weddings, gala dinners, networking, private dining and has capacity for up to 400 guests cocktail style.

Only minutes from the Brisbane Airport and the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Racing Club events offer onsite 
car parking facilities and is close to public transport.

The Ascot Bar

The Tote Room located in Eagle Farm Racecourse Ascot, can be found in a beautiful heritage building. Brisbane Racing Club's unique space features it's own private bar, amenities, and air conditioning. 

Built in 1913, The Tote offers a banquet hall complete with 18 foot ceilings, natural worn brick walls and polished timber floors. The Tote’s most unique features are the original tote windows, once used by punters placing their bets. Racing memorabilia adorns the walls, adding to the unique character of this venue.

The sheer space of this room lends to both cocktail style and seated events.
