Retaining many of its original grand 19th-century features, Establishment's impressive reincarnation is home to the iconic Establishment Bar, the prohibition-style bar Palmer & Co., hemmesphere, an opulent cocktail lounge, the intimate Tank Stream Bar and world-class restaurants. Establishment also boasts a stunning boutique hotel for when you just never want to leave.

Wander down George Street in the city and within the historic and iconic Establishment building, there's three purpose-built rooms ready and waiting for your next event. With abundant natural light, classically styled, with built-in bars and in-house AV support, each Establishment Room is the perfect blank canvas for whatever you’re planning.

Let’s talk numbers – we can cater to as little as 32 for a private dinner, up to 230, with the option to combine rooms II and III (which gives you a view of the gorgeous Establishment Garden too).

If you’re coming for work, multi-purpose break out spaces are ideal for smaller events, while the full floor offers privacy and functionality for larger conferences.
