Marble Bar

Brimming with style and character, Hilton Sydney is located in the heart of the city’s shopping, entertainment, and business district. Hilton Sydney has two bars, an award-winning restaurant and wrap-around views of the city.

Drink, dance and live the speakeasy lifestyle at Marble Bar, a heritage-listed underground bar and music venue. Built in in the former Adams Hotel in 1893, the Victorian structure was painstakingly dismantled, transported and reassembled in Hilton Sydney 1973 – where the restored mahogany bar and marble archways still awe guests to this day.

Marble Bar can hold up to 200 guests (without restrictions) or 102 guests with current NSW restrictions and is perfect for parties, networking events and small meetings - AV can be added at an additional cost by in-house AV, Encore Event Technologies.
