Amber restaurant is located on the lobby floor (Level 1) of Rydges World Square and is its own dining destination. Amber is not your average steak restaurant. The chefs prepare the dishes using cutting-edge culinary techniques and serve premium cuts of meat and Australia's freshet seafood. Amber is ideal for parties and private dining, and can accommodate up to 120 guests.
