Hickson House Distilling Co. | Distillery Tour
The Rocks
Capacity: 10 per tour
Nestled in the shadow of the Harbour Bridge, right in the heart of The Rocks, lies Hickson House Distilling Co. Once the former Saatchi and Saatchi garage, the heritage venue now operates as both a distillery and an event space. With high ceilings framed by steel girders, exposed brick and opulent chandeliers, Hickson House blends heritage charm with luxurious character. We highly recommend the distillery tour. Guests will be taken behind the scenes to learn about Hickson House’s gin-making, their bronzed barrels and more. You’ll be treated to a delicious tasting of their four core gins, alongside some handy cocktail recipes. Whilst the entire venue can hold up to 150, note that tours can only take up to 10 at a time.
Sydney Olympic Park
Capacity: 300 (with RAFI exclusive hire)
If your team is up for an adventure, Sydney’s only surf park will tick all the boxes. Just a 20-minute journey from the CBD, URBNSURF combines state-of-the-art facilities with the gorgeous RAFI restaurant and event spaces. Catch some of the bright blue waves and treat your team to a surf experience, tailored to suit all levels right from beginner onwards. You can then unwind in the calming RAFI, all whilst enjoying premium coastal-inspired dining and views over the park. RAFI can be hired exclusively for up to 300 guests; or, for smaller groups, the light and bright Surf Suite can host up to 150.
MELBOURNE
Southbank
Capacity: 800 exclusive hire
Adding a touch of luxury to bowling, Kingpin Crown is as pretty as it is fun. Housed within the Crown Casino Complex in Southbank, this Kingpin brings the ‘WOW’ factor with over 3,000 LED-lit bowling pins suspended from the ceiling. Bring out your team’s competitive spirit across 12 neon-lit lanes, then unwind with a chef-curated menu and an impressive array of wines and cocktails. This Italian gem in East Melbourne is just the spot for your team’s culinary adventure. Perched across from the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens, Roccella delves into traditional southern Italian cuisine, including delicious and authentic pizza. Bring your team together for a masterclass with owner and Pizza Chef Francesco. From pizza making to the art of sourdough, your team will learn all the best tips and tricks right from the kitchen. As a coeliac-certified restaurant, gluten-free cooking is also available to ensure all of your team can get involved in the fun. The pizza masterclass is the perfect activity for your team with a maximum of 15 guests.

Handpicked Cellar Door offers a variety of wine-tasting experiences designed to take your tastebuds on a journey, from seasonal wine flights and vineyard tastings to delicious pairings. For larger teams of up to 30 consider a tutored wine tasting, with a curated collection of wines combined with a fun and informative workshop, tailored specifically to your group. Brisbane Powerhouse | Vertigo Dining

Situated in New Farm, Brisbane Powerhouse blends state-of-the-art facilities with heritage character across its eight unique spaces. Vertigo Dining is not found within one of these spaces, but rather the building itself.
