Bringing Contentsquare's CX Circle to Life
There’s nothing more fulfilling than taking an event from the initial brief and bringing it to life for our clients. We had the chance to do this for Contentsquare’s CX Circle, a pivotal global conference that takes place in every major city across the globe (including Melbourne and Sydney). We not only had the pleasure of bringing CX Circle to Melbourne and Sydney in 2023, but again in 2024 with the addition of Singapore.
Truly understanding the vision, goals and requirements of an event is critical to the events process. For Contentsquare, CX Circle is a way to bring digital teams together to explore the digital experience. Not only is it a key educational platform for both current and potential customers spanning key topics like AI and digital accessibility, but a way to shine a spotlight on Contentsquare. Balancing education and thought-leadership alongside showcasing the fantastic capabilities of Contentsquare was integral to the success of CX Circle.
Finding a space that not only ticks all the boxes functionally, but echos your brand and the ethos of your event is crucial. For the 2024 iteration of CX Circle, our Event Planners considered a variety of factors that would bring the ‘WOW’ factor; unique or new venues to suit Contentsquare’s innovative brand identity with a variety of spaces to make each part of the event feel fresh, alongside a CBD location with public-transport options (an important consideration to help events remain as carbon-friendly as possible). Our Event Planners were able to get creative and source a variety of options, each offering a unique perspective on the brief.
Creating a sense of wonder and delight for attendees was a key component in choosing the right suppliers. For Contentsquare’s 2023 Sydney CX Circle, by utilising our amazing supplier network, we were able to choose a variety of options to truly level up the CX Circle experience across a variety of factors, from glow furniture to dancing disco ball performers. Even something as simple as a barista coffee station ensures attendees encounter the ‘WOW’ factor no matter what part of the event they interact with.
Consistent communication is key to end-to-end event management. For Contentsquare, this meant bouncing an array of ideas to our Events team, particularly with weekly calls in the lead up to the events. For Contentsquare, this was a game changer- particularly as the client went from a singular internal event manager to having our Events team on hand to support. Accessing our knowledge (and awesome supplier network), alongside our services, freed up time for Contentsquare to focus on key details like speakers and content, allowing all elements of CX Circle to truly shine. Of course this service doesn’t just include pre-event, but ensures a seamless event experience on the day as our Events team manage the on-day proceedings.
For Contentsquare ‘CX Circle would not be what it is today’ without HeadBox, with feedback from both attendees and internal teams alike that the event experience had levelled up ‘tenfold compared to last year’.
